Chris has over 30 years’ experience as an accomplished, outcome-driven professional with strong organization, leadership, and team development skills. He served as SVP Operations of a national commercial real estate consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 companies.  He has consulted across a wide spectrum of industries and sectors including national scientific research, universities, high-technology, telecommunications and medical.

He has served on the Governor’s State Commission on Child Support in Colorado and the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault Taskforce and has published research on the business case for inclusion, parenting, ethnic identity, race, and inclusiveness. He was Chair of the Reading to End Racism and Parenting Place boards and interim-executive director of Partners Mentoring Youth Boulder County.

Chris earned a Professional Coach certification by the Coaches Training Institute in 1999 and Prosci certification in change management.  A trained mediator and a certification candidate in appreciative inquiry, Chris is an authorized facilitator of the Team Diagnostic™ Assessment, the Line of Sight™ Strategic Alignment and the Denison Organizational Culture Survey. His additional qualifications and certifications include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) California Psychological Inventory (CPI), Strengths Deployment Inventory, FIRO-B, Emotional Quotient (EQi) and other and other C-level psychological and organizational diagnostics and profiles.  


He has published research on ethnic identity development. Additional published articles include the Organization Development Journal on leadership development program design in Scientific, Technical, Engineering, and Mathematical (STEM) organizations. Chris co-authored an article for the Denver Business Journal making the business case for diversity and inclusion.  

Chris holds an M.S. in Valuation Science and a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Systems.

He has provided professional leadership coaching and mentoring skills training and leadership development programs across a broad clientele.
