“Gordon has spent his entire adult life at the intersection of people and careers; at the intersection of employers and applicants.  He learned early in his career that this is his “sweet spot”, and has continued in this theme.  After a very rewarding career in middle management as Director of Career Services at three universities, he “failed retirement” and continued his passion of helping people with their careers for eleven years, counseling at the YWCA in Boulder where he helped over 2,000 people. Now he has opened a private practice:  Gordon Gray Career Counseling.”
