Poppy Copeland, LPC has spent her adult life working in the international arena. Her broad experience includes teaching, training, project management and counseling. Currently, she specializes in adjustment and transition issues for individuals and couples going through interpersonal and relationship changes, geographic relocation and shifts in professional focus. In addition to her private therapy practice in Boulder, Poppy is a Master Trainer and Assessor for Tucker International and Training Coordinator for Salus World, a non-profit humanitarian program for trauma victims in war torn countries.
She holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, and an MA in International Affairs and Developmental Psychology from the University of Denver. Consulting activities have included the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, Education Commission of the States, University of Colorado and City of Boulder. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Center for Survivors, Burma Lifeline, Boulder Peace Consortium and Friendship City Nicaragua.
