The Pursuits Coaching program truly changed the way I look at leadership and team interaction.
The team took a schmorgesborg approach of teaching us several diverse frameworks for leadership. And yet at the end of every session, they would tie it back to the core themes of building trust and commitment. It felt simultaneously varied and interconnected.
I also loved that leadership was taught from the perspective of being your unique self and using your strengths rather than fitting some kind of mold. Every leader is different, and we lead best when we know ourselves.
It was a wonderful and rewarding few months, and I know I would not be the leader I am today if not for this opportunity.
